Our farm is located in St. Oswald, a small, pretty village near Seis am Schlern in the middle of the fabulous hiking paradise of the Dolomites. The farm is surrounded by meadows and woods and is ideal for relaxation.

The apartments are comfortable and spacious
Bedding, towels, heating...and the cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay are all included in the price.
Upon request you can receive daily fresh rolls and bread from the local bakery, and we like to spoil our guest with our own fresh farm products as well!

The large apartment has two bedrooms with two and three beds , bathroom, build-in kitchen, and a balcony with a wonderful view.
The small apartment has one bedroom with three beds, bathroom, kitchen (bed couch), and a balcony with a wonderful view.
If you have a small child, we have a crib, high chair, and babyphone that we will glady put at your disposal.

With many opportunities for play and entertainment for kids, the apartment offers the opportunity for a relaxing vacation for the entire family:
- Swing, slide, climbing structure, and a sand box with many toys.
- There is wood workshop to saw, hammer, and drill...
- You can help to feed the cows, calves, goats, chicken, cats and horse Putzi...
- Climb around old trees.
- Our best playground are the woods, the hunters path, the huts made of branches...
Here you will enjoy the good air of the woods, you'll hear the chirping of the birds, and be immersed in the beauty of the mountains.
Where kids feel happy, parents go on vacation!

Our farmhous is 4 kilometers from the village of Seis am Schlern

While the skiers are still enjoying the snow on the Seiser Alm, you can already feel the Spring on our farm. No reason to wait to get out.

Here some hikes that start right from our farm:
- A tenebrous forest path, with it own legend that gave it the name Böstal, will lead you to Kastelruth, to the outdoor pool, or to a longer walk called Laranzrunde und Königswarte.
- Walk to the church in St. Oswald and enjoy the tranquility of a small pond and visit the farm museum located in a 500-year old farm building.
- Visit the Aichach-ruin and the Pfelgerfarm, where you can learn about 200 different medicinal plants and their uses.
- But the Seiser Alm is not far. The highest alpine meadow and one of the most popular skiing and hiking area in Europe. The color diversity of the flowers in the summer and the white snow blanket in the winter have made the Seiser Alm known all over the world
